The Department of Agricultural Economics carries out an education plan in order to train agricultural engineers suitable for the conditions of the age and business life. Thus, the Department of Agricultural Economics aims to raise graduates who are prone to interdisciplinary studies, who think inquisitive, can find creative and original solutions to problems. In addition to the courses related to Agricultural Economics, basic courses of Agricultural Engineering are also included in the program. In the education plan, there are also elective courses in addition to the compulsory courses.

Successfully completing all courses in the program (equivalent to a total of 240 ECTS) and having a grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 are the qualification requirements for graduation.

Graduates who successfully complete the program by fulfilling all the requirements and who are successful in internship receive a "Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering-Agricultural Economics".
