Department of animal science consisits of branches like animal training and breeding,feed and animal nutrition,biometry and genetics.Our basic aim is to make contribution by producing scientific research and projects that can respond to the problems and expectations of regional and national cattle breeding .We intend to raise qualified engineers with communication skills,capable of leadership,good at problem-solving and equipped with modern and practical knowledge that tries to catch up with standards of developed countries.Furthermore, being a department that can contribute to animal husbandry and produce local,national and international projects to bring about new initiatives and has the infrastructure to take the leading role on this issue is another important aim for the department.
